Thursday Inspo – #Orange!

Happy Thursday Everyone!

Welcome back to the Rachael Taylor blog! We hope you’ve had a lovely week so far & are looking forward to FRIYAY! Over the last couple of weeks, Britain has seen some super cold, dark & wet weather. To help ourselves feel happy & bright, we took to Instagram for some colour inspiration. 

Without a doubt, one of our favourite colours in the Rachael Taylor Studio is Orange. Rachael often designs with orange & this colour can be found throughout her whole home in the form of paint, patterns, textiles & other bits & bobs around her indoor / outdoor studio. Orange is truly such a cheery, vibrant & bright colour & just looking at it really lifts our spirits!

Here in the studio we feel truly inspired by the colour Orange as we feel it brings & joyfulness, vibrancy & excitement to any space. A quick peek on Wikipedia also reveals how Orange makes others feel too, saying that  “orange is the colour most associated with amusement, the unconventional, extroverts, warmth, fire, energy, activity, danger, taste & aroma.” We love that this beautiful colour can spark such a range of emotions!
