Interiors Roundup – Indoor Plants of Instagram!

Happy Thursday Everyone!

We hope you’re all having a fabulous week – it’s been a little rainy here in the North West, but with all of our Spring energy, we’ve been so eager to get in our gardens! Fortunately, when it rains & our gardens are out of commission, there’s always the fun of tending to indoor plants, many of which need lots of love & attention too.

We’ve talked about the loveliness of having indoor plants before, but even since then it feels so many more people are seeing the benefit of having more plants within their space. Succulents & banana / jungle leaf trees have become particularly popular & have even made a huge impact on the interior design, surface pattern & graphic design industries!

Plants bring a sense of life into your home that’s not quite like anything else – aside from the fact that they can help you to breathe fresher air & improve your health in general, plants come in all sorts of colours, shapes & sizes & can make a stunning pair with a piece of artwork, furniture, or an accent wall. It’s no surprise that Pantone’s 2017 colour of the year is Greenery, a zesty shade of green / yellow that ‘evokes the first days of spring when nature’s greens revive, restore and renew.’

So, for the love of all things houseplants, today we are sharing some gorgeous examples of indoor foliage from Instagram. These images are to inspire you & help you visualise how you could potentially use plants to improve your space. For those of you who like a bit of horticulture we’ve also found some indoor gardening inspo that can tide you over on those rainy days (or for those without a big garden space). We hope you enjoy today’s post – stay green everyone!
