Blogs We Love – The ‘Rock My’ Series!

Hello everyone!

We hope everyone has had a lovely bank holiday weekend & are feeling happy, refreshed & excited for a new week!

If you're a regular reader of the Rachael Taylor blog, you'll know that we LOVE to inspire our readers - we write each post with the hope that it will get your creative cogs turning & encourage happy thoughts & positive vibes. But did you know we're also avid blog readers like you? We absolutely love browsing the latest interiors & fashion blogs & getting inspired, especially with a nice cup of tea & a cake - what's not to love?

So to celebrate inspiring others, today we're starting a "Blogs We Love" themed post! We think it will be super fun to share with you some of our most favourite & regularly visited blogs that you can add to your reading list! To kick things off our first feature is around the fabulous blog series put together by Rock My Ltd, comprised of Rock My Wedding, Rock My Style & Rock My Family. Below we've highlighted what each of these awesome blogs are all about:

Rock My Wedding is a fabulous resource for brides-to-be, or those who love to plan dream weddings as a hobby. Here's a little blurb about the RMW blog & what it aims to provide for it's lovely readers:

Launched in October 2009, Rock My Wedding, created by Charlotte O’Shea, is an on-line platform featuring achievable and unique Big Day inspiration. They aim to bring soon-to-be-brides fresh & innovative content, daily “real wedding” features and access to the industry’s most desirable vendors.

The RMW page features an incredible range of inspiration & resources, all of which are divided into handy categories that you see can above! Our personal favourite out of all these awesome categories is 'Real Weddings'. Here you can find a breathtaking collation of inspired weddings, all featuring unique, stylish takes on a treasured tradition. Rachael's own wedding in York has been featured in this category & was covered by Charlotte in a post titled Vibrant Creative Colour - how awesome is that! Here's one of our favourite images from Rachael's feature:

Next up we have the awesome Rock My Family blog, which follows in the footsteps of RMW with helpful resources for family & home life, with tons of inspirational written content in between. Heres a little more info to summarise what RMF is all about:

Rock My Family celebrates the perpetual joy of daily family life with our dedicated, loyal, yet transitional community & provides a valuable resource for everyone navigating the many challenges they find along the way. It features product reviews & expert advice along with a wealth of inspiring fashion and decor ideas.

Just like the RMW blog, Rock My Family has tons of great categories that help you navigate all the wonderful, useful & inspirational content on the site. Speaking of being inspired, Rachael is a huge fan of the Rock My Family blog, especially since having little Blayke Lennon! Rachael loves to get involved with RMF & even designed a fun shelfie for Blayke's room for the #RMFsundayshelfie game on Instagram! Here's her entry, just one of the fabulous 185 that were submitted:

Last but certainly not least, we have the amazing Rock My Style blog. This one is definitely for lovers of an exciting, trendy lifestyle. This blog covers lots of fun areas like food, drink, travel, fashion & interiors too. Here's a bit more about RMS:

Rock My Style is your daily dose of escapism in an online world of everything life{style}. A lust for {a stylish} life. Lust for {a stylish} life. We bring you unrivalled inspiration in interiors, beauty and fashion.

We think the navigation points of the RMS blog are super handy - just like its sister blogs! We love that it's a creative site with highly organised content that's super fun to browse! Rachael's been renovating her new home this year & cites RMS as a great source for finding the latest trends in interiors & style. Being the colour fanatic that she is, Rachael then loves to put a vibrant & colourful twist on these trends & share them with the world! Here are some of the fab images of Rachael's new space & ongoing renovation project (you can follow more snippets of Rachael's progress over on Instagram using the hashtag #rachaeltaylorhome & a brand new blog series will be launching this week too)!

I’ve been surfing online more than 4 hours today,
yet I never found any interesting article like yours.
It’s pretty worth enough for me. In my view, if all web
owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the
internet will be much more useful than ever
    before.

This design is wicked! You definitely know how to keep
a reader amused. Between your wit and your videos,
I was almost moved to start my own blog (well, almost…HaHa!) Wonderful job.

I really enjoyed what you had to say, and more than that, how you presented it.
    Too cool!

I am really enjoying the theme/design of your weblog. Do you ever run into any browser compatibility problems?

A handful of my blog audience have complained about my website not working
correctly in Explorer but looks great in Chrome. Do you have
any ideas to help fix this problem?
